LEANDRA – The Unfailing Love Worship Centre (ULWC) held a leadership seminar recently.
The leadership seminar was part of the Rising Army Conference which was aimed at equipping saints for the work of the ministry.
Various preachers were invited such as Prophet Chris Madonsela from Upon the Rock Ministry at eMbalenhle, Past Siyabonga Ndlamandla from AGCI in Kriel and Apostle Frank Magagula.
The leadership seminar was conducted by Apostle Siphesihle Shabalala from the Mayflower Alliance Church.
In his presentation he taught leaders to lead by example and to seek knowledge and wisdom from God in all they do.
Apostle Shabalala said Kingdom leaders are leaders who will break from the walls of their churches, go out to people and discover what people need.
“Leadership is influence and influence is the result of passion expressed through actions.
“The highest level of inspiration is influence.
“Inspiration is when the mind is stimulated to break boundaries of restriction to redefine the realm of physical limitation as influenced from the spiritual realm.”
Apostle Shabalala is also the author of a book titled Well of Wisdom which was launched in July 2013.
In the book he covered various topics such as wisdom for success, wisdom to persist in pain and the act of wisdom through art.
Ms Penny Lebyane, a television personality who foreword the book, said: “This book is unique, it speaks to everyone differently and it will certainly bridge the gaps of brokenness in the society and strengthen all relationships by setting individual lives to perspective driven by wisdom.”
“This is indeed is a young lion, coming to the pride land of pholosoophy.
“This book is a powerful read for all generations, the old need to know how the young are thinking and the young need to take it as peer learning.
“The best of it is the fact that it written from the heart, a full of Godly faith,” added Bishop Joshua Maponga III.
