People pray together
“Personal lives must be touched on Sunday and people must come with an expectation and be ready to receive.”

SECUNDA – The Global Day of Prayer will be taking place at the Lilian Ngoyi Stadium on Sunday, 8 June.
Past Kim Perea, organiser, invited people from all churches and denominations to join them in prayer from 10am on this day.
This is a global event and was founded by a South African businessman.
Altogether 220 nations worldwide will take part in the Global Day of Prayer this year.
“It is a big day for us as 8 June is also the day of the Pentecost when the New Testament Church was born,” said Past Perea.
The organisers expect about 6 000 people to attend the Global Day of Prayer in Secunda.
“We are looking forward to a wonderful day in the presence of God.”
The organisers spend 10 days in fasting and prayer to prepare for the Global Day of Prayer.
“We fast for favour, anointing and power according to the Bible.”
The day will kick off with the national anthem and bikers from local clubs will also be there.
Apostle Langton Gatsi from Impact Nations in Zimbabwe will be the guest speaker.
“Personal lives must be touched on Sunday and people must come with an expectation and be ready to receive,” said Past Perea.
