Private town is being developed outside Trichardt

A new development, the Meadows, is in the planning phase and will be launched soon with houses costing R625 000.

TRICHARDT – The development Terra Nova that began in Trichardt a few years ago, offers investors and future home owners the opportunity to become part of a private town with all the advantages of affordable and secure living.

They have already completed three complexes and is currently working on the fourth and fifth complexes.

Construction on the Bushwillow Place development began two weeks ago and 50 per cent of the construction of Hibiscus Place is already completed.

Houses in the Bushwillow Place go from R715 000 to R1 025 000 and allow for larger stands with double garages, representing a slight step up from the previous complexes which include Cosmos View, Cosmos Valley and Cosmos Ridge.

The Hibiscus Place development’s prices will increase on 24 April, therefore prospective buyers must play fast to get a house for the current price.
