NYDA trains young people

The training was for young people between the ages of 18 and 35 years

The National Youth Development Agency (NYDA) trained young people on how to begin their own businesses from 21 to 23 September.

Ms Angel Khanyile, DA councillor, organised this three day training that was held at Leseli Combined School.

The training was for young people between the ages of 18 and 35 years.

Ms Palesa Hlongwane, facilitator, trained them on the Entrepreneurial Development Programme (start-up training).

On the last day of the training all attendees received certificates and the NYDA officials will help them to apply for grants from the NYDA.

The programme’s objective is to provide young entrepreneurs an opportunity to access both the financial and non-financial business development support to establish their survivalist businesses.
