Help police find family of Mozambican man who was found dead
Police are looking for the family of a Mozambican man who was found dead next to Mandela Section in July last year.
He was wearing a Sasol overall and had no visible injuries.
It is suspected his name might have been Victorino Julio Mathe.
An inquest docket was opened.
