WATCH: Carnage on N17 highway as more than ten vehicles collide in fog near Devon

Apparently the vehicles collided with each other earlier this morning as a result of the thick fog on the road.

The road has not yet been cleared and traffic is backed up in both directions. Stop-and-go traffic control has been set up but motorists are urged to avoid the route if at all possible.
