Govan Mbeki Minicipality will have power supply interruptions for eight days

Residents can experience interruptions between 8am and 6pm.

Govan Mbeki Municipality said there will be power supply interruptions due to a bulk metering project.

The project is planned as follows:
Start Date: 8 June
End Date: 15 June
Time: Between 8am and 6pm

Property owners are urged to give right of admittance to the service provider for the purpose of inspecting, testing, maintaining or replacement work on points of supply that are within owners property.

“Please note that electricity supply to your area will be switched off for an estimated period not exceeding an hour or two.

“Consumers are urged to treat all points of supply as live and to protect the sensitive loads/electrical apparatus during this period.

“The municipality apologise for any inconvenience that will be caused.”
