UPDATE- Doctors suspect carbon monoxide poisoning in death of Steve Mogale

Messrs Zendove and Mabogoane discharged from the Standerton Hospital.

The doctors at Standerton Hospital suspect carbon monoxide poisoning might be the cause of Mr Steve Mogale’s death.

Mr Mogale was found dead on 21 July in a building that is being renovated in Burger Street.

A post-mortem is however still underway and until the results are back, the cause of death is still unknown.

The two survivors Messrs Albert Zendove and Moses Mabogoane were discharged from hospital on 24 July.

The three men apparently used a generator inside the building, which might possibly have been how Mr Mogale along with his colleagues were exposed to carbon monoxide.
