Govan Mbeki Municipality is experiencing technical problems with the migration of billing data from the old system to the newly procured system in line with the Municipal Standard Chart of Accounts as regulated in terms of municipal regulations on Standard Chart of Accounts Gazette No 37577.
According to a municipal spokesman, the municipality will be issuing interim accounts while the technical team is working round the clock to resolve this matter.
“We will keep residents updated on the developments in relation to this matter.”
