The DA is adamant to know where the municipality got the R51-million they paid to Eskom recently.
During the council meeting held on Tuesday, 2 November the party said the Council must disclose where it got the money.
Mr Encee van Huyssteen of the DA said the Council must stop lying and just speak the truth about where they got the money.
Ms Flora Maboa–Boltman, executive mayor, was not happy with the word lying and harshly rebuked Mr Van Huyssteen.
Ms Maboa-Boltman told the Council that the municipality has made another payment agreement with Eskom
She said the terms of the agreement will be communicated soon.

Ms Maboa-Boltman said this has caused many problems and financial loss as the billing system was not accurate.
