In one accident that happened near Trichardt, towards Kinross, on Thursday, 2 November, two men died and one senior citizen was injured.
The road was closed after this accident.
Two vehicles were involved.

One person died in another accident that occurred on the N17 highway between Bethal and Ermelo on Saturday, 4 November.
One person was injured in this accident that happened about 35km from Bethal.
Two vehicles were involved.
Other accidents that happened during the week, was one between Secunda and eMbalenhle on Wednesday, 1 November where the driver of a vehicle made a U-turn and caused an accident involving three vehicles.

One person was seriously injured and two others sustained minor injuries.
Two women were injured in a motorcycle accident on the corner of Walter Sisulu Street and Oliver Thambo Drive on Thursday, 2 November.
A reverend of a church in Kriel was involved in an accident on Friday, 3 November when he swerved his bakkie out of the way of another vehicle.
Although the bakkie rolled, the reverend was not injured.

This accident happened at the four-way stop at the Sasol Garage on N17 highway. No injuries were reported.
Two vehicles collided head on on Sunday afternoon about 4km from Trichardt.
Five people were in the vehicles.
Three of the five sustained serious injuries and were taken to local hospitals.
In another accident on Sunday afternoon, two vehicles collided head on on the road between Kinross and Kriel.
Multiple injuries were reported.
