Lekwa municipal manager, Ms Gugu Mhlongo-Ntshangase, filed a court interdict on 8 November against Mr Madoda Sigasa, member of the Lekwa Black Business Forum (LBBF).

According to the summons, she was treated unjustly and fears for her safety.

The LBBF ordered Ms Ntshangase from her office, alleging irregularity in the awarding of a security tender contract.
