Secunda police warned residents to make sure their vehicles are locked after they parked it.

“We suspect criminals are using the remote signal-jammers again,” said Lt Bettina Zondo, spokesperson of Secunda Police.
According to her, residents reported theft out of vehicles, but there were no signs of breakins.

“The criminals can sit in other vehicles in the parking area and press the jammer’s button.”
