Former employee of the Department of Justice in Bethal found guilty of R300 000 fraud

Mnguni was employed by Department of Justice and responsible for maintenance pay outs.

Sipho Sibusiso Mnguni (37), former employee of the Department of Justice, was found guilty and sentenced to 10 years imprisonment of which five years are suspended, in the Standerton Regional Court on Tuesday 7 November 2017.

He was found guilty of fraud to the total amount of R300 000.

Mnguni was employed by Department of Justice and responsible for maintenance pay outs.
