Four suspects appear in Standerton Magistrate’s Court in Mathenjwa-murder case

Co-workers of Mr Mathenjwa and #IAM chant “No bail, no bail,” in front of the Standerton Magistrate’s Court.

Four suspects, Messrs Themba Solomon Nhlapo (19), June Fanyana Mthembu (29), Mr Thabiso Morajane (30) and Bongane Ngubeni appeared in the Standerton Magistrate’s Court on 7 December where the case was postponed to 14 December for the bail hearing.

They appeared in connection with the murder of Mr Sithelo Esihle Mzwandile Mathenjwa (37) who’s body was found on 25 November outside Standerton on the De Kuilen Road.

Co-workers of Mr Mathenjwa and #IAM, the human rights organisation advocating against social ills such as all forms of abuse, rape, inequality, human trafficking and xenophobia chanted:  “No bail, no bail,” in front of the court.
