Sakhile Police releases alleged water taps thief on warning

“When I questioned him, he directed me to another stash of stolen taps,” Mr Msibi said.

A man suspected of stealing copper water taps was taken to the Sakhile Police Station on 12 February and  released on a warning the same day.

Mr Charles Msibi of the Community Policing Forum (CPF) allegedly caught the suspect in the act.

“When I questioned him, he directed me to another stash of stolen taps,” Mr Msibi said.

According to Const Duduzile Zwane, communications officer of Sakhile Police, the man returned all the taps.
