The RAFund will set up a multi-functional office on Saturday in eMbalenhle

The Road Accident Fund (RAF) will be visiting the community of eMbalenhle on Saturday, 24 February.

The RAF will set up a multi-functional office at the eMbalenhle Community Hall in Extension 18.

Accident victims will be offered a range of service and the RAF staff will provide professional and high standard of care to claimants.

The outreach is a service delivery to those affected by the scourge of road accidents.

Claimants will be assisted with direct registering of new claims, consolidation of required compliance documents, settlement offers and reporting of cases involving alleged unethical attorneys.

Community members must take their IDs for enquirers and information on their claims.

Information needed to be provided for claims, include case numbers, accident reports, hospital reports, vehicle registration numbers and details of other parties involved in the car accident.

Those who are unable to attend the event, can visit the RAF at any of the following offices Nelspruit Customer Service Centre at Canary Walk Mall, Shop No.11, 8 Bester Street, Nelspruit. Alternatively, the Fund is easily accessible at 11 hospital service centres situated throughout the province: Standerton Hospital (Standerton), Witbank Hospital (Witbank), Evander Hospital (Evander), Rob Ferreira Hospital (Nelspruit), Tonga Hospital (Tonga), Themba Hospital (White River/KaBokweni), Mapulaneng Hospital (Bushbuckridge), Ermelo Hospital (Ermelo), Piet Retief Hospital (Piet Retief), Mmametlhake Hospital (Mmametlhake) and Kwa-Mhlanga Hospital (Kwa-Mhlanga).

Further enquiries can be handled through the RAF Call Centre at 0860 23 55 23 between 7.45am and 6pm from Monday to Friday.
