ULWC fundraising gala dinner was a huge success

The goal was to raise funds for their church building project that began in June last year and is expected to be finished in June this year.

LEANDRA – The Unfailing Love Worship Centre (ULWC) thanked everybody who supported them during the fundraising gala dinner that was held on Saturday, 3 March at Osizweni Hall.

The goal was to raise funds for their church building project that began in June last year and is expected to be finished in June this year.

Mr Bongani Kabini, ULWC representative, was grateful that the event was successful and that the church managed to raise funds that can secure a roof for their building.

“I extend my heartfelt gratitude to Past Sifiso Mathebula.

“The church believes that God will bless everyone involved exceedingly. We will invite you all to the official opening of the church and we urge you to continue to pray for us.”

The dinner was attended by people from Johannesburg, Kriel, Bethal, eMalahleni, Ermelo and Fernie.

Nozipho Phiri from Joyous Celebration brought the house down with her performance and turned the dinner into a praise and worship session. Her performance was followed by Prophet Lungile Thela who gave a brief message about the power of the mind.

Umpostoli Chris Ka Nkosi gave the keynote address about the power of giving and called on the attendees to discover, develop and protect their gifts.

Mxolisi Masango, actor from Generations: Legacy and Isethembiso, urged locals not to undermine themselves and to be proud of who they are.

He said it does not matter where you come from, you can become whatever you want to be in life.

Mr Kabini thanked everybody who was involved in the planning of the event and those who volunteered their services to ensure that the fundraising was a success.

He also thanked the pastors and bishops who attended, including Past Kenny Mgabhi, Past Thabiso Dube, Past Sekabate and Bishop Zephania Mathebula.
