HIGHVELD – Eskom is again implementing loadsheding as from today, 5 December.
The power giant announced that it does not have enough capacity and that stage 2 loadshedding will begin today.
Consumers are advised to visit Eskom’s loadshedding schedule and search under Govan Mbeki Municipality for the times their neighbourhood will not have electricity.
For instance, stage 2 loadshedding indicates that Secunda will not be affected tonight, but will however, not have electricity between 1am and 3.30am tomorrow, 6 December, and again later in the morning from 9am to 11.30pm.
If the loadshedding continues on stage 2, Secunda’s electricity supply will be interupted on Saturday, 7 December from 9am to 11.30am and again fom 5pm to 7.30pm.
