Lekwa Municipality issued a notice on office closing and scaling down of services following the lockdown pronoucement.
The municipal offices will be closed from 26 March until 16 April. For essential services such as fire and disaster management, contact 017 712 5551/ 5458.

Families are encouraged to consider burying their loved ones during weekdays.
Bereaved families are advised to communicate with the Environment, Parks and Gardens Division to make arrangements to bury their loved one.
