Local cyclists and runners do not abide by rules

Of the 30 people I passed, only about 10 were wearing masks.

SECUNDA- A local cyclist noticed this morning, 2 May, when he went cycling for the first time since the lockdown moved to level 4 which allows people to exercise outside, that most runners, walkers and cyclists were not wearing masks.
“I was shocked to see how few people were wearing masks as we are required to do when exercising outside or going shopping,” said the cyclist.
“Of the 30 people I passed, only about 10 were wearing masks.
“If people continue like this, the privilege of exercising outside will again be taken away from us.”
Since President Cyril Rhamaposa lowered the lockdown to level 4 from yesterday (1 May), it is compulsory that everyone must wear a mask whenever going outside.
