Lekwa Ratepayers Association attempts to get rid of load shedding

Ratepayers said the community has to suffer because of the financial mismanagement of the Lekwa Municipality.

Lekwa Ratepayers Association has concluded their application for a re-interdict against Eskom and thanked everybody in the community for the affidavits and help.

They are hoping for the best possible outcome and should have a verdict by the end of August, if the court warrants the urgency of the application.

In a post on their Facebook-page, every individual who has contributed thus far, as well as businesses such as Highveld Milling, Maximed Pharmacy and Clasics were thanked for playing their part in building a better Standerton.
