Volksrust Police Station temporarily closed after Covid-19 case
The Community Service Centre will now be operated from a temporary structure which is set up at the front entrance of the police station in President Street.

Brig Leonard Hlathi sent a statement on 4 August that the Volkrust Police Station is temporarily closed after one officer tested positive for the coronavirus.
The Community Service Centre will now be operated from a temporary structure which is set up at the front entrance of the police station in President Street.
To access the station, the community can call 073 218 1827 for all emergencies and complaints.
The telephone lines at centre will not be accessible for the duration of the closure.
Service delivery however, will not be hampered.
The building will be decontaminated and services will resume normally at the station on Friday, 7 August.
The police apologised for any inconvenience that it might cause.
