Councillor Buti Mkhaliphi officiates sod-turning ceremony in Ermelo

According to Mr Mandla Zwane, spokesman of Msukaligwa Municipality, the project will deliver approximately 4000 mixed housing opportunities and 700 rental units.

Councillor Buti Mkhaliphi, executive mayor of Msukaligwa Local Municipality, officiated the sod-turning ceremony in Ermelo extension 44 on 2 September.
 
The ceremony was for the construction of internal municipal services infrastructure such as water, sewer, storm water and roads in extension 44 (Rietspruit Farm).
 
According to Mr Mandla Zwane, spokesman of Msukaligwa Municipality, the project will deliver approximately 4 000 mixed housing opportunities and 700 rental units.
