eMbalenhle cops save man from mob justice

The community believe that the man whom they assaulted, is a suspect in the murder of a 45-year-old man whose body was found with stabbed wounds in Ext 18 eMbalenhle earlier this morning.

The eMbalenhle Police used rubber bullets to rescue a man who was being beaten by an angry mob at Ext 18 today, 28 February.

The community believe that the man whom they assaulted, is a suspect in the murder of a 45-year-old man whose body was found with stabbed wounds in Ext 18 eMbalenhle earlier this morning.

They are now searching for the others they suspect were also involved in the murder.

The assaulted man was rushed to hospital because of injuries.

The police used rubber bullets to disperse the crowd.

This incident happened in Albert Luthuli Road next to Aron shops at Ext 18.
