Leandra Police calls on family to claim body

The deceased was wearing a dirty pink Adidas shirt and blue Redbat shorts.

The Leandra Police are calling on the family of an unknown man who was found dead along the R50 road in April last year, to claim the body.

The police believe the man who is estimated to between 30 and 39 years old, had been murdered.

A farm worker who was cutting grass with a tractor found the decomposed body in the veld next to the R50 road between Leandra and Standerton on 2 April.

The deceased was wearing a dirty pink Adidas shirt and blue Redbat shorts.

His face was covered with a blue jacket.

The unclaimed body is still at the Evander mortuary.
