SECUNDA – Watch Central in Secunda Mall was robbed this morning, 17 March.
According to the management of the centre, five men in a white VW Polo arrived at Secunda Mall this morning and entered Watch Central on the mall’s upper level.
The robbery happened between 9am and 10am.
“The perpetrators entered Watch Central in a subtle manner appearing as customers. The staff were held hostage,” the centre’s management stated in a media release.
The robbers looted an undisclosed number of watches and fled in the white VW Polo.
“We are thankful that no injuries were reported during the robbery.”
