Standerton Police wait on results of forensic investigation on human remains

The forensic investigation following the human remains found at Elmtree on Thursday, 1 April is not yet finalised.

Mr Jandré Kasselman of Kasselman Security Services (KSS) indicated that an anonymous tip-off led to his discovery.

After he discovered the skeletal remains, he contacted the police.

Police were at the scene and collected the bones before it was transported to Standerton Hospital.

They requested anyone who knows of a missing person, to come forward and contact them at 017 719 1250.
