SECUNDA- After five days without water, residents in Gordonia Street Ext22 are now trying themselves to repair a burst water pipe at their complex.
Although GMM is aware of the situation, municipal workers have yet to come to fix the problem. They are apparently waiting for a clamp.
Residents say they cannot go another night or day without water.
The pipe was damaged by workers digging a trench to install a fibre line. Parts of Secunda, Trichardt and Bethal are still without water since a breakdown happened at Rand Water last Wednesday.
