The discovery was made by a scavenger digging through the dustbin.

SECUNDA – A foetus was found in a plastic bag, inside a dustbin, near Unimart Cash & Carry in the CBD, on Monday, 24 May.

The discovery was made by a scavenger digging through the dustbin.

Police responded to the scene after the scavenger alerted them.

The discovery was made around 6pm.

A case was opened. No further details are available.
