Man allegedly rapes ex-girlfriend in Carolina

According to information received from Carolina Police, the victim was driving with the accused - who is her ex-boyfriend to buy takeaways at around 8.45pm on 22 May.

Zakhele Mbuyane (44) appeared before the Carolina Magistrate’s Court on a charge of rape on 24 May.
 
According to information received from Carolina Police, the victim was driving with the accused – who is her ex-boyfriend to buy takeaways at around 8.45pm on 22 May.
 
“They were in the accused’s vehicle when he stopped the vehicle next to Mzamo Section where he allegedly raped her,” Sgt Thabang Mokwana, spokesman of Carolina Police, said.
 
Sgt Mokwana added the victim opened a case of rape at the station.
