The two men accused of the Secunda lawyer, Chris Botha (34)’s murder on May 20, 2020, appeared in the Secunda Magistrate’s Court on Tuesday, February 22.
The case against Nkosinathi Thabethe and Michael Masemola was postponed to Tuesday, April, 5 and the two men will remain in custody.
Botha, the co-owner of a pizza place in Extension 22, was shot during a robbery at the pizza place.

The suspects then fled on foot and the police initially looked for them, but could not catch them.
Two of the four men were arrested on October 22 last year in Siyabuswa after the police received information that the men were also involved in crimes committed in Siyabuswa.
One of the four men, Bongani Maseko, was shot dead by a hitman in Siyabuswa in November 2020.
