Two suspects aged 26 and 29, appeared in the Amersfoort Magistrate’s Court today, July 8 on allegations of dealing in dagga.
They were arrested by members of Standerton K9 Unit during an intelligence driven operation on Wednesday, July 6.
According to the report, the members received information about two suspects who were dealing in dagga at Sinqobile in Daggakraal.
They proceeded to the house and found the suspects in possession of 28 sachets of Nyaope worth an estimated street value of R1 400. The suspects were arrested.
The Provincial Commissioner of the police in Mpumalanga, Lieut-Gen Semakaleng Daphney Manamela has applauded the members for a job well done.
