Parents disrupt learning at school in eMbalenhle

Parents demand the school stop forcing learners to do maths and science.

Parents of learners at Thomas Nhlabathi Secondary School stopped teaching and learning this morning, July 25.

They demand the school stop forcing learners to do maths and science subjects because this result in the children dropping out of school.

Learners were turned back to their homes.

Parents said learning and teaching will resume after the Mpumalanga Department of Education MEC, Bonakele Majuba has attended to their grievances.


School gates are locked.
