Court postpones Jaco Horn’s case

The case against Secunda CPF chairman, Jaco Horn, who appeared in the Secunda Magistrate’s Court on a charge of murder today, was postponed to December 2.

He applied for bail today and was released on warning.

Horn is suspected of shooting a man on Sunday, September 11 on the golf course at Graceland Hotel, Casino and Country Club.

This came after the police and security officers chased the man who allegedly committed a crime and ran away.
