Cyclists take part in Cosmos 3-in-1 in Secunda
Bagging the win in the men’s category was Ruan van der Westhuizen.
Cyclists competed in the Ultimate 3-in-1 MTB race, also known as the Cosmos 3-in-1, on March 16.
They raced three stages, starting at 06:30 from Lake Umuzi. Bagging the win in the men’s category was Ruan van der Westhuizen in 4:03:45:523.
Second was Juan van Niekerk in 4:15:37:716, and third was Eben Swart, finishing in 4:19:42:790.
In the women’s category, Lynette van Dyk finished first in 4:59:13.500.
Second was Christine Willemse in 5:06:47.129. Third went to Hanné Stevens, finishing in 5:22:40.682.
