The Mpumalanga Department of Community Safety, Security and Liaison urgently notified citizens that all licensing and registration centres will be closed on Friday (March 28) and Monday, (March 31) as the financial year ends on Monday.

This includes abnormal loads permits offices.

Moeti Mmusi, spokesman for the department, apologised for any inconvenience this may cause.
