Delmas Animal Shelter orphans need loving homes

The Delmas Animal Shelter (DAS), a no-kill shelter, also has a sponsor-a-dog option: Sponsor a dog for R250 monthly and help the DAS care for all the animals in their care.
“Your gift will mean everything to an animal. You can help us save them from a life of homelessness and hunger,” said Jorinda Verwey, the co-owner of the DAS.
“With winter on our doorstep, we appeal to the public for donations of blankets and dog and cat jackets to keep our animals warm.”
