Metro wants to revitalise Bronkhorstspruit’s CBD

Representatives of big business, small and medium enterprises, mines and traditional leaders visited the Bronkhorstspruit council chambers in a quest to revitalise the Bronkhorstspruit CBD on Tuesday.

Region 7’s regional head, Jabu Mabona, welcomed the visitors.

“The South African Local Government Association and the Department of Co-operative Government and Traditional Affairs (Cogta), through the City of Tshwane, have identified the Bronkhorstspruit CBD to be part of the revitalisation programme.

“Consultation is being held with various stakeholders in the region. The process began today for them to be part of the change and to be informed about what they will contribute to this programme,” Mabona explained on Tuesday.
