Secunda’s Suikerbekkies learn layered biscuit techniques

Biscuit layered cake was the Suikerbekkies class given on May 14 at the NG Goedehoop Rots building. Members created a layer of biscuits to form a cake that was filled with piped icing in between.

From edible gold flakes, sweets, and chocolate to freshly picked roses, the members’ creativity flowed when decorating their biscuit cakes.

The next meeting will take place on June 11 at the Rots.
