Siyabonga Mngomezulu plays position 1 and 3 for the Standerton Sables

Siyabonga Mngomezulu (Gravel) is the Standerton Sables’ rock, with his solid stature making him a good loosehead and tighthead prop.

He is in his second season for the Standerton Sables. His goal is to raise the cup at the end of the Mayors League.

His strength and endurance contribute greatly to the team’s powerful scrums. Gravel grew up in Sakhile and loves the community’s support for the team.

“We need support from the community as it motivates us to put more effort into our games,” concluded Gravel.
