SAPS – Rate our service

Have your say and rate the SAPS’ service.

To improve service to the community, the SAPS invites the public to participate in its online survey.

Under the motto, iPhoyisa yi phoyisa ngo mphakathi (the police need the community, and the community needs the police), the survey aims to identify areas where service delivery can be improved.

The SAPS is committed to treating everyone visiting a police station with dignity and has a zero-tolerance approach to ill-discipline by its members.

Your feedback is essential to help ensure professionalism from those in blue.
