Murder accused appear in Standerton Magistrate’s Court
Their next court appearance is scheduled for September 29.
The Women’s League of the ANC from Thuthukani were quite vocal on Thursday, August 18 when demanding no bail in a murder case.
Surprise Mnqobi Mkhwanazi went missing on July 18 and information suggested that he was kidnapped.
His body was thrown into the Vaal River.
Police investigated and apprehended Sthembiso Mbhokane, Bafana Mbhokane and Sibusiso Radebe in connection with the murder.
The three accused appeared in the Standerton Magistrate’s Court the past week.
The Mbhokanes’ bail application was cancelled and they remain in custody.
Their next court appearance is scheduled for September 29.
Radebe will appear again in court on August 25 for a formal bail application.
