Secunda CPF chairman appears in court for murder
Court postpones Jaco Horn’s case to tomorrow.
Jaco Horn, the chairman of Secunda Community Policing Forum (CPF), appeared in the Secunda Magistrate’s Court this morning (September 14) in connection with murder.
This comes after a man was shot during a chase on Sunday, September 11.
The man was allegedly running from the Secunda Mall security in the direction of Graceland’s golf course where he was shot.
He died on the golf course.
Horn’s case was postponed to tomorrow (Thursday, September 15) for bail application and he will remain in custody.
