Bethal Police arrest man for drugs

The man is expected to appear in the Bethal Magistrate’s Court today (Monday, August 8).

Members of the Visible Policing Unit of Bethal arrested a 27-year-old man on Sunday, August 7, for possession of drugs.

According to the police, they were performing their duties in the CBD of Bethal when they spotted two men standing next to a shop.

The police approached the men and searched them and they found a plastic bag with 13 sachets containing drugs on one of the men.

The man is expected to appear in the Bethal Magistrate’s Court today (Monday, August 8).
