eMzinoni Police are searching for suspects in businessman’s murder
The police asked assistance from the community to locate and arrest the suspects.
Police in eMzinoni are looking for three suspects who murdered a businessman in a part of the township known as 2000 last month.
According to Sergeant Cynthia Mtsweni, the eMzinoni Police Spokesperson, four men barged into the office of the 43-year-old businessman and shot him repeatedly.
A community member notified the police about the shooting. The police found the businessman’s body on the floor and called for an ambulance.
Paramedics declared the man dead on the scene. According to Mtsweni, the police arrested one suspect, but the other three are still on the run.
The police asked for assistance from the community to locate and arrest the suspects.
Mtsweni said anyone with information on the whereabouts of the three suspects can visit the eMzinoni Police Station.
