Horn’s murder charge struck off the roll

The murder case of the Secunda CPF’s Jaco Horn was struck off the roll during his latest court appearance on April 25 at the Secunda Magistrate’s Court.

It is alleged that Horn shot a man dead on September 11 last year when he, several other security companies and the police chased a criminal from Secunda Mall to Graceland Golf Course.
