Police officers of Sakhile and Standerton exercised at the Standerton Show Grounds on June 21.
The officers arrive at the grounds every Wednesday to fine-tune their muscles.
Cones and tyres were on hand to have a good workout. The lifting of the tyres especially, took some doing.
