Sasol hands over equipment to police in the Govan Mbeki municipal area
Road safety is important to fuel giant.
Sasol hosted an event on December 8 where they handed over marketing material, resources and equipment to 10 police stations in the Govan Mbeki municipal area.
The Department of Community Safety and Security also received two speed cameras and 64 vouchers for awareness campaigns valued at R100 each.
Rethabile Ndjibu, Sasol’s manager of corporate social investment, said, “The end of the year brings a sharp focus on road safety, and all of us need to play a role in road safety.
“We as Sasol are playing our part in keeping the community safe and safety is one of Sasol’s golden rules.”
All the relevant departments thanked Sasol for this gesture.
