Mandela Foundation builds library for school in eMbalenhle
Principal of Vukuzithathe Primary School says the library will promote a reading culture in the school.
Vukuzithathe Primary School in eMbalenhle received a library full of books from the Mandela Foundation.
The school is one of the schools identified in need of a library.
Principal Nkululeko Nzekeni thanked the Mandela Foundation for building the much-needed library for his school.
“Now our learners will have access to different books for them to be able to read and write.
“This will encourage the learners to read books, which will promote a reading culture in our school. Our learners will be able to read before reaching secondary school.
“That will now be easy for them when proceeding to the next grades,” said Nzekeni.
